    Yes. We shall provide one pattern to download free of charge in each month and we shall also make one free pattern for you monthly according to your requirements.

    2. Do you provide professional service of making sample and quotation free of charge?

    Yes. We also provide free services to estimate number of stitches and give a quotation for you. Welcome you for sample at any time. We shall provide sample lower than 8000 stitches free of charge, make an allowance of 50% for those higher than 8000 stitches and provide the discount of 20% for those higher than 15000 stitches.

    3. What formats of the referred picture of pattern design shall you provide for us?

    For example, JPG, GIF ， BMP ， EPS, TIF, PDF, Photoshop, doc(word), etc.

    7. How to pay our pattern design expense?

    You can remit the pattern design expense to our account and you can introduce other better payment matter to us.

    8. We shall make pattern in terms of your requirements and send the finished pattern and the related detailed information to you though E-mail in the period designated by your.

    9. Do you provide pattern amendment service free of charge?

    We shall amend the pattern for you free of charge if your pattern is designed by us (for example, enlarge, reduce and delete the pattern somewhat).

    We shall additionally charge 1/3 of the full amount of pattern design expense if there is too much alternation (for example, increase letter, increase numbers of stitches, the dimensions are too higher or smaller than the original dimension, etc).

    We shall charge 1/2 of the full amount of pattern design expense if your pattern to amend isn't designed by us.

    10. In order to service you better and not influence your work, please confirm the required pattern turnaround time and the hour rate between your region and China(If your pattern needs replying within one day, we shall send the finished pattern and related information to you within 24 hours after receiving your E-mail).
